This product is for customers who are running the factory crossmember but need replacement frame washers.  This set comes with the new metric Zinc coated steel hardware.  The washers are made of stainless steel and thicker than the originals, but otherwise identical.  

The JBC crossmember comes with the needed frame washers, these do not needed to be purchased in addition.
